INCOMING ZAMBIAN HIGH COMMISSIONER DESIGNATE TO UGANDA PRESENTS COPIES OF CREDENTIALS TO STATE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

Hon. Oryem Okello meets the High commissioner - designate of the United Republic of Zambia, Amb. Benson Keith Chali at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Hon. Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Okello Oryem, has today; Wednesday January 2018, received copies of credentials for the High commissioner - designate of the United Republic of Zambia, Amb. Benson Keith Chali.

Amb. Benson Chali expressed his pleasure at the new post appreciating the tremendous support the Government of Uganda had extended to his predecessor.

Hon. Oryem welcomed the ambassador to Uganda. He stated that Uganda and Zambia enjoy excellent relations, not only bilaterally and in the region. He recalled the common similarities between Ugandans and Zambians especially the dialects.
