KENYAN HIGH COMMISSIONER TO UGANDA PAYS A COURTESY VISIT TO THE OFFICE OF THE PERMANENT SECRETARY*

 Patrick Mugoya the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 19th February met H.E. Kiema Kilonzo, the Kenyan High Commissioner to the Republic of Uganda at Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
 
Amb. Mugoya reaffirmed his support and willingness to work with the Ambassador to strengthen the fraternal bonds of friendship and cooperation that exist the two countries.
 
Amb Kilonzo expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the government and the people of Uganda for their friendliness towards the government and people of Kenya and noted that relations between the two sister countries are excellent.

The two exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.

UGANADA HANDS OVER 70 EX-23 COMBATANTS TO DRC, 27th-February 2019

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs on behalf of Government of the Republic of Uganda on 26th Febuary 2019, facilitated the repatriation of over 70 EX-23 Combatants  and 10 dependants to  the Government of the Republic of the Democratic of Congo. The Ceremony took place at Entebbe International Airport.
