Hon. Philemon Mateke Receives Credentials of Eight Ambassador Designates

Hon Mateke recieves H.E. Mr. Yacin Elmi BOUH of the Republic of Djibouti
The Minister State for Foreign Affairs in charge of Regional Affairs of the Republic of Uganda, Hon. Philemon MATEKE today morning received copies of Letters of Credence for eight (8) Ambassador Designates officially accrediting them as Representatives of their respective countries.

The ceremony which took place at the Ministry Headquarters included the following Envoys;

H.E. Ms. Saqlain SYEDAH of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

H.E. Martin KLEPETKO of the Czech Republic.

H.E. Jesus Agustin MANZANILLA PUPPO of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela 

H.E. Dr. Arabiat SLAIMANA of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan 

H.E. Mr. Yacin Elmi BOUH of the Republic of Djibouti 

H.E. Mrs. Ganou Diaby KASSAMBA MADINA of the Republic of Burkina Faso.

H.E. Peter Joseph FRANCIS of the Republic of Sierra Leone.

H.E. Mr. Alex G. CHUA of the Republic of the Philippines.

Hon. Mateke received each Envoy and had a one-on-one discussion on deepening bilateral cooperation with the respective countries.

 In conclusion, the Minister reassured each of the Envoys every support possible during their respective tour of duty in Uganda.
