Honorable John Mulimba, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs in Charge of Regional Affairs, on Thursday February 15th, hosted a diplomatic engagement with Mr. Joe Dashley, Political Counsellor of the British High Commission at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
