Today MSFA/IA held a meeting with Mr. Chang Ho-jin - the 1st Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Korea. During the meeting the two Principals emphasized the need for people to people interaction as a way of deepening bilateral ties, trade and political cooperation. MSFA/IA informed his host of the abundant opportunities in Uganda especially: agro processing, energy sector, oil and gas, tourism which Koreans should seize. Uganda is peaceful and ripe for development. The host acknowledged the opportunities and invited Uganda to participate in the Korea- Africa summit at highest political level
